Validation of Quorum.
Apologies
Minutes of previous Annual General Meeting held on 11th April 2021
Matters Arising from previous Annual General Meeting.
Presentation of Annual Report for 2021 Season
Presentation of Annual Accounts for year ended 31 December 2021.
Appointment of Auditor.
Any Special Business of which notice has been given.
(Members are advised that any remit to be considered under Special Business MUST BE submitted in writing to the Secretary, together with an appropriate explanation, not later than 21 days prior to the meeting.)
Board will be proposing changes to the quorum for the board meetings.
Confirmation of Board Membership.
Voting Rights
- Board the number of votes equal to its membership.
- Foundation members – 10 votes each
- Members – 1 vote each provided they are financial.
- Any member wish to exercise a proxy vote must lodge appropriate written advice with the Secretary not later than 48 hours prior to the meeting.
